Bayfront events are usually built around the view and the light, which makes timing part of the booking — a booth positioned for golden hour photographs very differently from the same booth at ten at night, and an outdoor or tented setup needs a plan for weather and power that is settled in advance rather than improvised. We work all of that out with you before the date. Whichever booth you choose, the rental includes an onsite booth director for the full event, prints guests take away, instant sharing to their phones and a print template designed for the occasion. Calvert County bayfront events are often partly outdoors, so we bring the covered setup and the power runs that an open-air booth needs when the weather turns.
