Sponsor Recognition Guests Say Out Loud
A custom green screen broadcast studio for the tournament's title sponsor — and a template for what your nonprofit can offer a title sponsor of its own. Every guest recorded a piece to camera saying the sponsor's name, then shared the finished segment themselves.

Looking for something closer to your own event? We have run activations for weddings, corporate brands, mitzvahs and nonprofit galas — tell us what you are planning.
Weddings
The brief is nearly always the same: capture the guests the couple will not get to speak to. That pushes towards a booth that records something — a message, a video, a printed keepsake the guest hands over at the end of the night — rather than one that only takes a picture.
Corporate brands
A brand activation has to survive being measured. That means branded output the attendee actually keeps, a setup that fits a stand or a conference schedule, and content the marketing team can use after the event rather than a folder of photographs nobody opens.
Mitzvahs
Two audiences in one room, and they want opposite things. The teenagers want speed, props and something to post within the minute. The family wants the grandparents recorded saying something to the guest of honor. A mitzvah activation has to serve both without either queue blocking the other.
Nonprofit galas
Here the booth is inventory you can sell. A sponsor underwrites the activation, the line item moves off your budget onto theirs, and every guest who uses it carries the sponsor's name out of the room. The Mubadala study above is that model at tournament scale.
