What Is the Photo and Video Booth Rental?
This is the full-service open-air booth, and the one most events start with — the classic setup, run properly, with everything included rather than priced as extras.
Inside it is the same professional setup we bring to every event: a DSLR camera, studio-quality lighting and flashes, and a touchscreen guests of any age work out unprompted. The results stay sharp shot after shot, which is what you want from a booth running three hours in a room full of people who have had a drink.
Not only stills either. Guests can take a GIF or a boomerang instead — usually what ends up on somebody's story rather than in a drawer — and share it by email or text with your own message.
It shoots video as well as stills. Switch the booth into video mode and guests record HD 1080p clips instead of posing — messages, well-wishes, whatever suits the night — and those come back to you with the photos. If video is the main thing you want, the video testimonial booth is built around it.

Pose for the camera and take your picture, or hit record and film your video. Not satisfied with the results? Just take it from the top!

Once you have finished taking your photo, you can download your content to share online or receive stunning physical prints of your photos.

What the Photo and Video Booth Costs
The photo and video booth is $1,395 for three hours and $195 for each additional hour, including the onsite booth director, unlimited visits, a print for every guest in the session, digital sharing and the online gallery afterwards.
Event-specific facial recognition is available at no extra charge if you want it. A guest tags their face once, and every later photo they appear in goes to their phone automatically without them typing their number in again. All facial data is securely deleted at the end of the event.
Digital delivery can also run through a branded microsite built around your event, carrying your logo, your message and whatever call to action matters — for a nonprofit that is usually a donate button, reaching guests while they are still enjoying the night. There's no travel charge within 30 miles of 21113.
What We Need From Your Venue
Less than most people expect. Here is what to check, and what to tell us.
Space
About 10ft x 10ft is ideal, and we rarely get exactly that. Tell us what the room is really like and we will adapt to it.
Power
One dedicated circuit. The booth draws under 5 amps, but the dedicated part matters more than the number — a popcorn or cotton candy machine sharing that breaker will trip it mid-event.
Internet
Not required. The booth brings its own connectivity, and venue WiFi is a useful fallback if you have it. Let us know the venue in advance and we can arrange additional backup.
Guest flow
Around 30 sessions an hour, and we can speed it up or slow it down to suit the night.
Lead time
At least 90 days for the larger experiences, so we can staff them properly. Sooner if your date is in a busy season.
