What Is a GlamBot?
Picture this: you have just stepped out of a Maybach at the Grammys. The red carpet is in front of you, the cameras are already going and every photographer in the row wants your attention at once.
That is the brief we give your guests. A cinema camera sweeps a 120° to 180° arc around them while they play to it for five to eight seconds — chin up, working the lens the whole way. What comes back is a slow-motion clip with the gloss of an awards-show entrance, ready to post before they have sat back down.

The GlamBot is a high-speed, slow-motion camera system that captures cinematic video footage of your guests in all their glitz and glamour, bringing the energy of a Hollywood red carpet straight to your event. With ultra-smooth motion and dramatic effects, it transforms every pose, twirl and expression into a breathtaking, shareable moment.
More than just a video experience, the GlamBot creates stunning, social-media-ready content that enhances engagement and sets your event apart. And, if you want to add that additional "WOW," add a custom-printed 20' wide by 10' high personalized backdrop behind the guests — it can be a custom design, step-n-repeat or virtually any non-copyrighted image.

What the GlamBot Costs
The Red Carpet GlamBot is $3,995 for three hours and $995 for each additional hour. It is the most involved activation we run — a professional DSLR system with precision external lighting and flashes, plus booth computers processing every clip in real time so guests are not stood waiting for a render.
A custom 20ft x 10ft backdrop is available on top: your brand identity, a product visual or a step-and-repeat logo pattern. That is the version that makes every frame look like it was shot for a campaign, and it is the reason the GlamBot earns its place at a launch rather than a party.
It is the most expensive thing we rent, and worth being straight about why: the output is the only content from your event guests will still be showing people next year.
There's no travel charge for events within 30 miles of 21113. Beyond that we quote it up front with your package, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
What We Need From Your Venue
Less than most people expect. Here is what to check, and what to tell us.
Space
20ft x 20ft, and that is a safety figure before it is a staging one — the arm swings wide and everyone needs to be clear of its path. It also needs vertical room, so we check ceiling height and anything hanging (chandeliers, rigging, low beams) against your floor plan first.
Power
One dedicated circuit, the same as the rest of our booths — and the dedicated part matters more here than anywhere else on this list. Nothing else on that breaker.
Internet
Not required. The booth brings its own connectivity, and venue WiFi is a useful fallback if you have it. Let us know the venue in advance and we can arrange additional backup.
Guest flow
Slower than everything else we run, deliberately. Each guest gets one cinematic take rather than a quick sequence — plan the queue for that and we will help you size the hours.
Lead time
At least 90 days for the larger experiences, so we can staff them properly. Sooner if your date is in a busy season.
