What the Branded Booth Costs
The digital branded booth is $995 for three hours and $195 for each additional hour, including the onsite booth director, the branded overlays and skins, instant sharing and the online gallery afterwards.
It is the cheapest way to get your brand onto something a guest keeps. The booth itself, the on-screen experience and every image that leaves the room can all carry your identity, which is a different proposition from adding a logo to the corner of a print.
For a sponsor conversation that distinction matters: a logo in a corner is a placement, a booth that carries a brand end to end is an activation.
There's no travel charge for events within 30 miles of 21113. Beyond that we quote it up front with your package, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
What We Need From Your Venue
Less than most people expect. Here is what to check, and what to tell us.
Space
A level surface, somewhere out of the weather and a little room to work — the branded DigiPod is fully self-contained, so it drops into a trade show stand or a corner of a room without rearranging anything.
Power
One dedicated circuit. The booth draws under 5 amps, but the dedicated part matters more than the number — a popcorn or cotton candy machine sharing that breaker will trip it mid-event.
Internet
Not required. The booth brings its own connectivity, and venue WiFi is a useful fallback if you have it. Let us know the venue in advance and we can arrange additional backup.
Guest flow
Around 30 sessions an hour, and we can speed it up or slow it down depending on whether you are driving traffic to a stand or just entertaining a room.
Lead time
Faster than the 90 days the big experiences need. Ask us — if the date is close we will say honestly whether we can do it well.
