Working With Procurement
Most of our corporate work has to clear a purchasing department before anyone signs, so the paperwork side is built for it rather than bolted on.
Invoicing and payment terms. We invoice against a purchase order and can work to your standard net terms. If your finance team needs us set up as a vendor before a PO can be raised, we will complete the onboarding paperwork ahead of the booking rather than after it.
W-9 and vendor forms. A current W-9 and our standard vendor packet are available on request, usually same day.
Certificates of insurance. We carry general liability insurance and issue a COI naming your organization or your venue as additional insured. Most venues ask for this before load-in, so tell us who to name and we will have it to you before the deadline.
Venue requirements. Hotels and conference centers often have their own vendor rules, load-in windows and power requirements. Send us the venue contact and we will handle that directly instead of routing it back through you.
