What the Doodle Dudes Cost
The Doodle Dudes are $1,895 for three hours and $395 for each additional hour. That includes up to three robotic artist units, the branded paper every sketch prints on, digital delivery to your guests and an onsite booth director for setup, the activation itself and breakdown.
For a larger event we usually recommend adding units rather than hours. Three robots keep a line moving comfortably, but the queue is the thing that decides whether guests bother — tell us your headcount and we'll tell you honestly how many you need.
They work especially well at sporting events, concerts and festivals, golf tournaments, holiday parties, grand openings and company picnics, where an interactive attraction gives people a reason to stop. There's no travel charge within 30 miles of 21113.
What makes them different from a human caricaturist is throughput and consistency. A person draws one guest at a time and gets tired; three robots draw three at once, at the same quality at midnight as at eight o'clock, and nobody has to be diplomatic about the likeness.
What We Need From Your Venue
Less than most people expect. Here is what to check, and what to tell us.
Space
About 10ft x 10ft. The base package is up to three robotic units side by side, so the space is more about table width than depth — and add room for the people watching, because they always do.
Power
One dedicated circuit. The booth draws under 5 amps, but the dedicated part matters more than the number — a popcorn or cotton candy machine sharing that breaker will trip it mid-event.
Internet
Not required. The booth brings its own connectivity, and venue WiFi is a useful fallback if you have it. Let us know the venue in advance and we can arrange additional backup.
Guest flow
Three robots drawing at once move a line quickly, and guests who are waiting are still watching. For a bigger headcount we would rather add units than hours.
Lead time
At least 90 days for the larger experiences, so we can staff them properly. Sooner if your date is in a busy season.
