It Feels Like a Real Card
The thing guests react to is the object itself. The card comes out in a rigid slab with a holographic label across the top, so it has the weight and the shine of something pulled out of a pack rather than a photo strip that ends up folded in a pocket.
That is why these do not get left on tables at the end of the night. People compare them, they trade them and they take them home — which is a longer life than most event print gets.

The sports designs cover football, baseball, basketball, hockey and soccer, and they go further than dropping a photo into a border — the guest ends up in the kit, in the stadium, with a stat line and a signature under the picture.
For a corporate event or a conference there's a straight portrait card instead: the headshot, the name and your branding down the side. Same object, same reaction, without the mascot. Either way the design is built around your event before the day.
Guests taking a styled portrait rather than a card might be better suited to the AI photo booth, which restyles a single selfie instead of laying it into a print.

What the Trading Card Booth Costs
The trading card experience is $3,895 and includes four hours rather than the usual three, with each additional hour at $795. The longer base booking is deliberate — printing and slabbing a card per guest takes longer than handing over a photo strip, so a three-hour window would leave people queuing.
That covers the onsite booth director, the card designs, the printing and hard slabs on the night, and digital copies for every guest.
It is priced as a premium activation because it behaves like one: every guest leaves with a manufactured object rather than a print, and the per-guest cost of producing that is real.
There's no travel charge for events within 30 miles of 21113. Beyond that we quote it up front with your package, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
What We Need From Your Venue
Less than most people expect. Here is what to check, and what to tell us.
Space
About 10ft x 10ft is ideal, and we rarely get exactly that. Tell us what the room is really like and we will adapt to it.
Power
One dedicated circuit. The booth draws under 5 amps, but the dedicated part matters more than the number — a popcorn or cotton candy machine sharing that breaker will trip it mid-event.
Internet
Not required. The booth brings its own connectivity, and venue WiFi is a useful fallback if you have it. Let us know the venue in advance and we can arrange additional backup.
Guest flow
Around 30 sessions an hour, and we can speed it up or slow it down to suit the night.
Lead time
At least 90 days for the larger experiences, so we can staff them properly. Sooner if your date is in a busy season.
