Meet the Mosaic Photo Booth

One Photo at a Time, One Giant Picture

The mosaic photo booth works like any other booth from your guests' side — they step up, take their photo and walk away with a print. What makes it different is where that photo goes next. Every single capture becomes one tile in a much larger image, and that image fills in live as more people take part.

By the end of the night the empty board has become a logo, a monogram or a portrait, built entirely out of the faces of the people who showed up. Guests keep their own photo, and you keep the finished mosaic.

How the Mosaic Photo Booth Works

1

You Choose the Master Image

A logo, a monogram, a portrait or an event graphic. Send us the artwork ahead of your date and we build the mosaic around it.

2

Guests Take Their Photo

Exactly as they would at any of our booths. They take their print away with them, and their photo joins the mosaic.

3

The Picture Fills In

The mosaic grows in front of the room as the event goes on, which is what keeps guests coming back to see how far it has got.

Sized to Your Room

How Big Can the Mosaic Get?

The mosaic can be any size. We work out the sizing with you around your event, your guest count and what your venue can actually take — so it fits the room rather than the room working around it.

Physical Board

From 2x3 Feet Upward

The smallest board we build is two feet by three. From there it scales to whatever suits your space, and you take the finished piece home at the end of the night.

Digital Display

No Board at All

Would rather skip the physical piece? We can run the whole mosaic on a screen instead, filling in live for the room to watch as your guests take part.

Venue AV

Up to Building Scale

We integrate directly with your venue's AV team, which means the mosaic can go as large as the building itself. If there is a surface, we can usually fill it.

Individual tiles are two inches square as standard. We can drop them to one inch to fit more faces into the same space, or take them up to four inches so each photo reads clearly from across the room.

See It Up Close

Every Tile Is Somebody Who Was There

From across the room it reads as one photograph. Up close it resolves into hundreds of separate pictures, each one a guest who stepped up to the booth that night — which is the moment people tend to stop and start looking for themselves.

That is the difference between a mosaic and a print. Guests do not just look at it, they hunt through it, and they keep coming back to check whether their own photo has landed yet.

Planning Around the Room

What We Need From Your Venue

Less than most people expect. Here is what to check, and what to tell us.

Space

About 10ft x 10ft for the booth, plus somewhere to put the mosaic. The board is the part people forget — it needs wall or easel space guests can walk up to.

Power

One dedicated circuit. The booth draws under 5 amps, but the dedicated part matters more than the number — a popcorn or cotton candy machine sharing that breaker will trip it mid-event.

Internet

Not required. The booth brings its own connectivity, and venue WiFi is a useful fallback if you have it. Let us know the venue in advance and we can arrange additional backup.

Guest flow

Around 30 sessions an hour. The mosaic fills as guests visit, so starting early matters more here — a half-empty wall at the end reads as unfinished.

Lead time

At least 90 days for the larger experiences, so we can staff them properly. Sooner if your date is in a busy season.
